1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hisabkaru, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are required to access premium features
• Payment is made via bank transfer and verified through WhatsApp
• Payment verification may take up to 24 hours
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by Section 8 below
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
• Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Modifications

Hisabkaru reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hisabkaru and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hisabkaru, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp at +92 329 7942180; access continues until the end of your current paid period.
• The 7-day free trial requires no payment and can be cancelled at any time before it ends without any charge.
• Paid plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within 7 days of payment and you have not substantially used the service during that period.
• Refund requests are processed to your original bank account within 7 to 14 business days after approval.
• Renewal charges are non-refundable once a new billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
